Pathetic experience. I had a confirmed online booking here but on reaching the hotel I was denied a room and said they were full. Being denied a room in a polite way is acceptable but using abusive language and being drunk while sitting at reception is not acceptable at all.

Worst Experince. Rooms are smaller than they are shown. I went with one other couple & everytime the hotel owner was sitting just beside reception & smoking cigrates. Room service was worst i called for water 3 time but nobody comes. No towels Given No Oyo hairwash or soap given. Never ever go there.

They also having Amul parlour next to this it was very worst experience and pathetic service, owner and another lady both are very rude and we purchased some items from Amul parlour this also belongs to them , when we made payment they denied I hv not received and talked very rudely, said from wherever platform you made payment this is not our lookout . I hv not received any money they said and I did another payment so basically I did payment twice for 1 purchase and they said only 1 amount I received they also not agree to show there transaction history , where they come to see my transaction history and that lady threatened also complain anywhere do whatever you want , am not going to give single penny . This was her word . So pathetic service don't buy anything from them.

Location is so good... everything is near the hotel location The rooms are not soo good which seems in photos ..staff behaviour is nice . But the quality of the room is not up to the mark..simply just waste of money...plzz don't go

Worst. Owner behaviour was not good. Room were worst . The 5 star rating you see on Oyo is because they themself do by taking the mobile of customer

Very bad experience, very poor ambience of room, drinking water not provided, no towels, no toiletries, no hot water, room not even nearly same as shown on oyo app, worst experience of oyo rooms at this hotel Shimla palace. Plus bad hospitality

Worst experience with oyo. Booked hotel on 8 nov 2019. The rooms were pathetic. We complained to owner about it he asked us to leave the hotel and book some other. Staff is arrogant and unsafe. If you dont find any hotel stay on roads but not here

One of the dirtiest Oyo hotel you can ever check into. Seems it was shut for many years and just opened. The place is very dilapidated. Lifts don't work. All amenities are poor. Doors don't lock properly. No flush, no hot water on tap. Beds creaky, blankets soiled. Curtains dirty. Furniture broken and full of dust. TV doesn't work. No dustbin, telephone. Insisted on cash payment. Only plus is...It is centrally located near CM house, close of Upper Lake, Boat Club, Van Vihar, Tribal Museum, Bharat Bhavan, Railway Station etc. Needs lots of improvement.
