Worst experience that i feel today with this ford service centre. Today I visited here for some sound which is coming from front right side of car. But these people first did whole day servicing instead of finding the root cause of actual defect. And at last they said we are unable to find, you have to drop your car today. They spoiled my whole day only in servicing. Such a pathetic experience. I will suggest everyone not to visit here better consult with local mechanics instead of registered ford persons.
One of the best service experience since 4 years
I own a Ford Aspire. So I visited servicing centre for getting my car serviced. Rather I visited after my car is serviced and delivered back to me as I have availed the free pick up and drop service. There was some issue with the speaker in my car which was just the setting issue. They are pretty professional and at the same time you feel very comfortable there.
Very nice crew of technicians who have good diagnostic skills of any kind of issue in Ford vehicle. They explain the problems very properly. And try to get it resolved at earliest. They provide free pickup and drop. Especially their owner himself would be present most of the times to listen to customers escalation. Only one drawback is that for any kind off issue they will try to get the parts replaced with new one even if there is a great possibility of repairing the same.
