The booking Office is near zaakri falls,just after crossing the bridge,they allow tandem jumps that is there would be a pilot with you who will steer the parachute and you will just sit in front of him and enjoy the flight. YOUR WEIGHT SHOULD BE LESS THAN 80 KG or else they would not allow you to fly,this is a safety rule due to strenght of parachute. For 5 minute flight the rate is rs 2500 and for 20 minutes around rs 4000.they check your weight before the form with all your details is filled. So after booking they will take you to a football stadium in their cars(ONLY THOSE WHO ARE FLYING) rest will have to go to stadium in their own vehicle and from there you would be taken to a hill around 25 minute ride with 2 pilots. There they provide you parachute,helmet and tie you up properly AND IF YOU WANT TO RECORD EVERYTHING ON VIDEO THEY PROVIDE YOU GO PRO,you can hold it in your hand and record the experience it won't fall they tie it up too.RS 500 extra is charged per person for GO PRO and you can get the video after flight from there second office near the staidum,they just copy the video to your phone or pen drive,NO CD..... So after reaching the top and with parachute they just ask you to run about 10 steps and just jump.the experience is worth it...then they land you in the stadium.then you can collect the video from their office. Some important rhimgs to remember : Go early and book because there is always rush coz every tourist wants to do this. And if you are with family and any one is more than 80 kg then they would not be allowed to fly and they would not be taken to stadium in their cars and they have to go to stadium on their own. Stadium is 10 minutes away. After reaching the top they just prepare you for the jump there is no waiting there. Pilots are trained certified and experienced although they were young.The flight was safe and i landed safely.

Great experience with Adventure Zone Sikkim. The training was top notch and very detailed. They went so far as to extend the training by 2 days to ensure that each trainee would be able to take off safely and in the right way. Sir Raju is one of the only certified instructors in Sikkim and it definitely shows. Would recommend his paragliding course without hesitation!

Well managed adventure zone. They conduct paragliding in gangtok... Total air time is 10-12 mins.. all are professional pilots who will give you the best flying experience... Even for kids and ladies. Rs 3200.00 per ride..

Cannot actually comment too much as i tried only paragliding on an unfavorable weather day. The team knew what they were doing. Helpful. Just instructions for first timers can be improved.

Wonderful adventure rides near Ban Jhakdi water fall. Enjoyed the ride very much. Crossing the breadth of river with rope bridge was a great experience. Though it is bit scary, but adventure loving people will definitely enjoy it. Looking down at the flowing water when we are in the center of the ride is bit scary. All and all its a must visit place for people going to Gangtok.

2500 rupees for 14500 feet for 5 mins and 500 extra for filming with GoPro worth to go, #LifeTimeExperience.... After your fly you get a certificate...very convenient and easy procedure, for guidance and safety they have trained pilots, I flew with Pilot Milind and my mom flew with Pilot Arjun, my mom age is 50 but she was comfortable in flying. Precautions for asthma & heart patients you need to clarify with adventure zone staff.
