Advent Guest House - Hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

This is a little shady place which has a few rooms all non AC. The location is good nearby gangour ghar. Can recommend it to travelers who are travelling solo or on a very low budget trip. Many good places to roam and eat are nearby is the only plus point I found here.

Please do not Book room here. It is full waste of Money. I booked from make my trip. Kudos to MMT for including these type of Hotel.

It was nice and cheap place to stay.. it is near lake pichola and everything is near to it whatever the main attractions you want to see.. they are in walking distance from the hotel also we stayed here for 2 days in very cheap amount and it was nice

Highly recommended for solo travelers. They offer almost all the essential facilities for such a minimal price. I stayed in the standard, non AC single room. Here are it's highlights: 1.Comfortable single bed with bedsheet, pillow, and blanket 2.Fan is also made available, even though it is not required because of the cold weather here 3. Three charging points (two right next to the bed) and a chair 4. All windows are covered with curtains 5. Shower, tissue paper napkins, water heater, bucket, mug is available inside the bathroom 6. Slabs to keep luggage and other essentials 7. Extremely kind and helpful owner and staff Overall, very neat and tidy, well lit room and bathroom, perfectly suiting a solo traveler who is looking for more facilities at less cost.

It's a good place to stay, owner and staff is very humble and helpful. everything was clean. It's a different vibe in a positive way. Rooftop dining with nice Udaipur view.

Great guesthouse! I definitely recommend. Rooms are clean, nice and spacious, the cook is awesome and the rooftop terrace is a quiet place to relax and have some delicious Masala tea. Raj, the owner of the guest house was very nice as he gave us an early check-in without extra charge. The guesthouse is also very central so you can easily walk and enjoy the Udaipur Gem.

We booked the budget room. The room was good, big and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and tried to help us with everything we needed. The downsides were: 1. No pillow case for the pillows. 2. The toilet and shower are outside of the room and they are soooo tiny! It was impossible to take a shower or go to the toilet.

location of guest house was good but area around guest house was not clean. Toilet was having really foul smell even after placing a odonil in it and it filled the room if you closed the windows.Room was not prepared, we have to ask for toilatories even after we did an advanced booking months before, And you won't find anyone on the reception you have to give a call everytime you want anything, in the room only one point available for charging.
