Advanced Imaging MRI Centre - Medical clinic in Vapi - Valsad, India

Got appointment for 11:30. Confirmed too. Got inside at 1 o'clock. No proper timing and management. No hygiene. Spider Web all around the clinic. Broken doors. No mask worn by staff.

The best service . Staffs supportive. Reports given also fast.

Simply rude and unprofessional staff when it comes to talking to clients , firstly they talked rudely when asked any questions , secondly they were supposed to mail us the reports since the physical ones would require a day , on calling they said both will be given together , then what's the point of mailing it when you'll give them with the physical reports , we asked for the mail becoz it was urgent , but do they care ; hell no ! Went there becoz a doctor suggested us and the machines are high end ,but service lower than poor , pity !!

One of the third class management and third class MD I have ever seen before. From last tow days there was no facility of MRI caused those system was fails. And after calling patients that now facility is available staff is saying "aj nahi ho payega kal lana padega" . And this is happening second time with me.after spending 5500 for MRI those are mentioned in report "chances". And we are saying "yodha" to them. Actually that is not those mistakes caused we are somewhere responsible for this.

Its really proving worst service and high admisable charge of CT. its took from me 5500 n from others its 2500 to 3000.becz we are from maharashtra near to boundary of Gujrat. So its not even given equality regarding service, n otther. Its actually not even deserve for single star.

The worst place to get your imaging done. They can't even interpret your reports or even say what are the results. This shows they have illiterates who just operates this machine. Such a pathetic behavior ,I understand in COVID crisis you don't want to interact with people but at least saying out the results as you call out for money is very much advisable.
