Absolutely disappointed by very poor service. Submitted two samples for RT-PCR test on 14-04-21. Paid Rs 1600/- in cash. I was told that reports will be available within 48 hours. But after vigorous follow up, I got the 1st report after 96 hours (18-04-21 at 1.30 pm). 2nd report (my wife's) is still pending till midnight. I am not sure as to when I shall get the report. There is no accountability. Nobody picks up the phone nor do reply on either mail or WhatsApp. Can I get my money back so that I could approach other local labs?

Not picking up calls. No respond to whatsapp msg. Waiting for more than 3 days still not received result of my test. No of samples may coming daliy is huge but your effort can help someones life. Today action will make ur future and people will believe you.

DO NOT CALL FOR COVID TESTS! GREEDY AND RUDE! The receptionist is rude and bluntly denied for Covid tests during this pandemic. Testing is only applicable if you have more than 10 people wanting testing! Horrible and insane answers during Pandemic. Should be reported to authorities and strict action should be taken.

Receptionist had given contact number of Mr Rajesh Kumar for sample collection at home.My mother's swab sample collected on 27/04/21 for RT PCR. I have not received any receipt for payment. It is sixth day today but no report. Total mismanagement by center. Person who collected the sample, not responding to phone calls (mostly switched off). Receptionist also not responding about results. Is it authentic center for COVID test?

Hi this is sharing my experience for this good for nothing diagnostics. I gave my sample on 30th April 2021. I was expected to get my results in 48 hrs but I got my reports finally on May 5, 2021 at 1:00 am in the night after constant begging and calling them for more than 100 times. I know there is a lot of pressure because of the overwhelming number of cases in the country but 5-6 days? Seriously? Here is where things take a turn. When you take so much time at least give a proper result. They gave me and my mother a negative result after 6 days and the fun fact is my mother already had her CT scan results which indicated covid and an infection spread to the lungs. So she was clearly positive and so was I because even I had the same scan results. I don't understand if they are actually performing the tests or assigning the results at random. These people are charging the double rate for home collection. On an average if you are getting tests from renowned diagnostics their rate is 400+200, where 200 is for home collection. But these shameless people are charging 1000 for the same during these challenging times and providing wrong results. Absolutely rubbish facility. Go to TMH or book a slot from srl diagnostics if you want a timely and accurate results. These are not vultures but parasites, because even a vulture feeds on the dead and not the living! FYI these people gave my friends family a negative result even though the entire family was positive and fun fact is they got a positive result form srl. Dear Advance Diagnostics, have some shame and humanity! You guys are more dangerous than the virus itself!

Advanced Diagnostic center is very good private center for Covid RTPCR test. The staffs are very well behaved and maintain their dignity despite of so much pressure during this second wave peak time. Had a very good experience with them and also with the management Wish Advanced Diagnostic center a very successful future.
