The Deluxe room has no air con and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. They have car parking for limited cars so if you come later on weekends you might have to park your vehicle on small roads. The restaurant is not good here but there are many places nearby for food. Recommended to stay for a night at a budget friendly price.

Decent hotel located near tourist attractions. Rooms are small but clean. There is sufficient parking space on the front. But the reception guy is looking very rude. He shows attitude while answering. Also service boys does not respond to you properly. We have to contact receptionist every-time to get the work done by the service boys. When we asked to fill our water bottles, they filled it with tap water. Be careful about it.

Rooms are a bit small.. especially the bathroom.. but overall very hygienic and all basic amenities are provided.. there's enough parking space as well and the palace is at walkable distance.. but the person at reception confidently told that there's no light and sound show in palace and we had to change our plans after believing him.. but actually it was there and he probably didn't know about it..

Don't book this one. Pathetic services. The room boys are don't know the basic manners. TV not functioning. Bathroom is very very small for executive double deluxe room. No view from window. Can't open windows properly. Very poor in all aspects.

Good hotel with good rooms. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are sanitised. The prices are not too low but not too high. There is a free wifi service. They don't have their own restaurant but there is a decent restaurant adjacent. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the Garuda Mall and the famous Mysore Palace.

Hotel room is good. Maintained in a proper way. Location is accessible to all the tourist spots. Very near to the railway station. Very courteous staff. Attended to the complaint immediately. I recommend the stay here.

Staff was very polite. Room is good but the bathroom is small. Hotel is located 1.5km from both palace and zoo.
