ADs fitness world gym is a great place to workout. The affordable gym fees, good atmosphere and great body workout machines makes it an even more amazing place to workout. Unlike all the gyms, Mr. Ashish Deshmukh (owner of the gym) gives you personal attention and keeps a track of your workouts in his little diary . You won't get such good treatment in any other gym not only in Nagpur but in whole India!!! In today's day and age where gyms especially after Covid situation is has become a pure money making business...for him its his passion for fitness which makes him stand out from the rest of the gym owner. Mr Ashish teaches you all the necessary workout and makes sure your form is correct. I'm sure you won't be disappointed at all once you join AD's fitness world. I wish I could carry him & his workout routine with me everywhere I go... So what are you guys waiting for...go & join ADs gym! Strongly recommended!!!

AD's fitness world is like an oasis in a desert. When u search for a perfect fitness place to reduce pain and discomfort and become fit, this place comes at the top of my list. The physios have superb knowledge of the issues which are faces by the people and are able to explain it properly to them. The courses are also being conducted under their own supervision. The support staff is excellent too and are patience with the patient's need. I will highly recommend AD's fitness world to each one who aspires to become fit from the core. Keep up the good work!!
