Prime location, well maintained very neat, clean and hygienic. Room rent Cost Rs. 1000/- per day. Only accommodation no food available but nearby woodlands restaurant offers hygienic and very tasty food morning 8:30 am to 3:30pm and 6:30 pm to 10:30pm.
They are very expensive than other guest house. Initially they said rent as 1400 but when we asked for 30 rooms they hiked the prices to 1700 per day. They also charge 1 day cancelation charges incase of any cancelation after taking advance. We had a very bad experience with them and never suggest such commercial guest house at a divine place

Nice rooms and hospitality provided by the staffs but there is no resturant with the adakaru matha but it is near to the Woodlands hotel so you can get good food but only vegetarian is available,it is very near to Sri Krishna Udupi temple and is at a walkable distance.
One of the most cleanest and affordable prices in Udupi which includes even AC rooms. They have plenty of parking places and also the surroundings are very neat and tidy. More important the guest house is right behind the Krishna temple which takes only 5mintues And also it is located right in front of Woodland ls hotel which makes accessibility of basic necessities very comfortable.

Room Booked on phone. Got confirmation after paying advance. Stayed for about 12 hours. It is ok for a short stay if u can adjust with the facilities provided.
