I had a very good experience with Adiyogi YNC. I went for neck pain. During consultation, the doctor clearly explained about my condition and suggested treatment for 8 continuous days. All the sessions went smoothly and I started seeing gradual improvement with my condition during the sessions and I am feeling better now. I had a very positive experience with Adiyogi Yoga . I had PCOD and Severe Migraine issues and the yoga techniques taught by Adiyogi clinic helped a lot to overcome these issues . I have gone for Yoga classes in this Adiyogi Yoga centre for few months. My instructor Dr Janani is very knowledgeable, calm and explains the purpose of each and every yoga poses and meditation techniques. She introduced a variety of poses and meditation techniques to make sure we try out and practice most of the poses. Dr Janani also motivates and pushes us to go extra miles. I went there just to get an exposure of yogo, but Dr Janani had made a huge impact on me by creating interest and curiosity to pursue Yoga continuously.

Great experience with Aathmitha mam and massage therapists for guasa therapy and hip bath . Went to take infant massage session for Brother's new born baby . Session was very understandable .Doctor Aathmitha is very patient in listening to patients and giving solutions in holistic way . Dr Devi Bala is also good in her approach and in motivating patients.
