Adiyogi Shiva Statue Chikkaballapur - Hindu temple in Avalagurki - Chikkaballapura, India

Photographs don't do justice to the magnificence and serenity of the place and it's aura. This place is definitely worth visiting. There last stretch of road around 2 to 3 kms is uphill and extremely bumpy with loose gravel and stones. The whole place is still under construction. There is ample parking space but try to keep your vehicle near to the entry point to avoid a long walk.

The overall experience was really surreal and the light show was really great. You should not miss that at all and should reach the place on time as it starts at 7:15-7:20 PM everyday for 20 mins. Great place to visit with your family n friends

I visited during a public holiday and the crowd was heavy. This place is really beautifully designed. The best time to visit this place would be around 6 to 6.30 so that you would see the light show which starts between 7 to 7.30. They are still constructing the road from the entrance so be careful with that. Small shops are open here and there. You can have small bites.

Review posting on 12-11-2023 1. Roads are not fully constructed. 2. From the main entrance to the top of the hill you need to go through a gravel road. 3. If you're traveling in a car no need to worry if u r an experienced driver, if u r traveling by bike better if u go with helmet and fully covered face mask, because it's a gravel road and full of dust so beware of it. 4. By this day washrooms were constructed i think it's newly constructed, so u have access to washrooms. 5. Weekend and public holidays are heavily rushed both people and cars . 6. Every day 7PM- 8PM there will be a lighting show which is very spectacular. 7. Prasadam is RS : 100/- will be given 5 Sesame laddus 8. If u want to escape traffic when you visit this place park your car in the beginning of the gravel road near the vendor shops. 9. Wear chappal, no issue you can store them in chappal stands which are available in every corner near the temples. 10. HARA HARA MAHA DEVA SHAMBO SHANKARA

I give it four stars just because its development has not been completed yet. So, you may face some driving difficulties while reaching out there. Apart from this, this is very fabulous place and don't miss it's Light Show. Light Show is the main charm of its night visit. I recommend you to reach there by 5 PM. So that you can have both experiences, the day and the night view. The night show may start after 7:30 PM I guess. So, do visit, you will really good

The statue as awe-inspiring, magnificent, and spiritually uplifting. The intricate details and the sheer size of the sculpture leave a lasting impression. It has beautiful surroundings and well-maintained premises. I went there on weekends and it's hectic to reach there because roads are not maintained properly and there is too much traffic. Avoid traveling there on weekends as it's heavily crowded and you might get stuck on a road.

One of the spectacular views and pictures don't justify its significance. You must visit this place to feel the power and energy it carries. The lighting show starts after 7pm. P.S - Roads are under construction. And will recommend you to travel by 2 wheeler.

One of the best meditation places and Shiva temple. You can experience the positive vibes here. This place is not for rating, it is more than 5 . Just sharing the guidance to reach this place. I started at 3 PM from Electronic City and reached this place at 6:20 PM. Minimum 2-3 hours of journey required to reach this place. The laser light program will start at 7 PM. Try to go via Hyderabad Highway and from Highway 3-4 km mud road is there which might be ready in future but now it consumes a lot of time.
