Waste and 3rd class gym I have ever experience in my gyming very unhygienic they compition that 24/7 service they would not give 1 min service no professional trainer rude behaviour. No Air conditioner working
They have 2 gyms,General gym has amazing trainers and facilities but it is little crowded during peak hours (6 to 10) They have ladies gym too where my sister goes but that gym only has 1 male trainer named Pradeep all day and he doesnt help everyone. He focused only on personal trainings.During peak hours there are so many ladies so I think this gym should have 4 trainers atleast who can help everyone, also the timing is till 10pm only you guys should extend timing till 11 as so many ladies come late from work. the trainer there is always in hurry to turn off lights even before 10 pm.and he makes fun of so many ladies who are overweight and ktell them loose some wright in rude manner.
Utter unprofessional trainers. No ethics to talk to women. No guidance at all. Trainers busy in their phone and chit chatting around. Please hire good trainers with proper work ethics. No motivation at all. Pathetic service. Need to work around the flaws.
Extremely disappointing experience, trainers and staffs behave like road side bullies, make fun of and discourage new people who take up fitness.. no proper air conditioning, no redressal of complaints and absolutely no respect for customers. All equipments are replicas and second hand.. that don't work well. Gunda gardi by trainers. Need to shut down this place asap
All the gym equipments are latest ,top notch but they need to have more good trainers , One few are helpful. others just don't care about new trainees .
went to marol branch paid 6 K and after a month i came to know that GYM is shut down and they did not inform and neither they contact us for refund or transfer to other branch, would request owners to have some courtesy for the customers.
