Good location . Lawn well maintained. The service part needs to be improved ..it is really difficult to walk due to many street dogs in the area...

No restaurant, selected food is available after order. Intercom facelities there but not working, insufficient attendant. Location is good, silent place, good for night stay. Pillows, Comforters are need to be changed.

Terrible place - unclean rooms, bad breakfast experience - tasteless potato with pooris. Boiled eggs ( supposed to be eggs to order) and no bread for toast. No salt pepper. No service to speak of. No ability to understand needs. No intent to serve. Everything had to be asked for - soap, towels, clean sheets. Even the eggs had to be demanded. Just avoid this place. So much potential, but screwed it up

Lovely place in Tezpur....good rooms ....liked the openness of the lounges in each floor....evening in the lounge with a drink is a bliss....food is simple and homely
