The experience was very bad here freeze promoter sales boys very bad behaviour he doesn't know how to talk or how to deal a customer. Suppose if u buy model A then sales boy billing Model B and deliver Model B product. According to me this is not a good shop to purchase any electronic products.

Staff's are so meaningful they don't know about customer service very poor service provided by sales staff

It's have huge collection like any other multistore but mentally they still work like local shop, I visited almost 10 times for buying mobile phone and front loading washing machine on finance but they force to take insurance, hence i bought from another shop. The employees don't bother of loosing customer. Pretty sad.
I Today bought an O General 1.5 Ton Inverter Split AC (ASGG18CETA-B). BUT, BE BEWARE IF THEY ASK YOU IF YOU HAVE YOUR WHATSAPP NUMBER WITH YOU. They will give themselves a 5 star rating themselves and rate their shop 5 star as well from your Google account onto this Google review site. This is meant to be done by customer and the billing person sitting at the counter- Mr. Rohit should not do it by himself. I didn't liked that. Apart from that, everything was good.
