I visited this store as well as Taramandal store. Initially they welcomed warmly, ask what you need sir. As I mention that I need a mini fridge they start switching us to other sales executive and not showing that much interest. Finally we left the store. Aditya Vision treat well with your customer even they are purchasing or not, or a low value item or high value item.

Very very bad experience to me. Staff behave badly with customer. Not explaining the feature of AC to the customer. I finalize the Voltas AC price with Manager, he given quotation and I went for billing. I stand in queue at least 1 hours on cash counter and after that they said stock end. When I out from store then again sales person said we are checking stock so please wait... I wait again 1 hour then again go on cash counter for billing then they said price will be Rs. 42500 but Manager had given quotation Rs 41000 that time. Finally I waisted my 2 hours in shop and return back. They did not respond properly.

I bought a blue star 1.5 ton.5 star ac on 11/6/2023.they deliver defective product.after complaint they are not responding. The person who installed the ac was very unprofessional. Aditya vision also not help me in this issue very bad experience
