First appointment with Dr Poonam Tiwari was extremely professional, explaining in detail the scan results, she confirmed a cyst and gave me recommendations on treatment. In my next appointment, we decided that a surgery would be the best option for me. On the day of the operation Dr Poonam Tiwari was kind and sympathetic; She put me at ease and caressed me before they took me in the OT. Immediately after the surgery, I was kept under observation for a four day. Dr Poonam Tiwari and members of her team frequently checked on me and made sure that I am doing fine. I am now three weeks post surgery and feel renewed. I cannot praise Dr Poonam Tiwari and her team enough. I would highly recommend her to anybody!
The worst experience ever. Majority of the staff are corrupt and dishonest. Especially the staff in room number 7 where appointment is booked with the doctor. People don't care about the well being of the patients and nobody is regularly available in their rooms if any help is required. Pathetic

Really pathetic and money making mind in this nobel profession. Dr. Poonam tiwari (DGO) is not available and nurses are ready to do LSCS without any proper concern. Staff and Doctor total focusing on doing C-section without even trying of inducing Normal Delivery. Not at all recommended .

The doctor is humble and convincing but the management is horrible. At this time of digital payment they want you to phisically come and pay in advance to get an appointment of 20 days later. And then again come on appointment day for consideration. The staff has rude behaviour . One day the doctor was not available and I was seen by his hospital manager who didn't appear to be even an MBBS. But of course the doctor is best urologist in Gorakhpur.
It's a nice and famous urology centre having good facilities for patients.
