Purely judging by the looks, it doesn't seem that special of a place but then it has various different stores that offer a variety of stuff which makes up for the dated looks. There's a Subway in the premises and a restaurant right next to that and has a few more shops around. Parking wise the problem is you would have to park outside on the road which could turn into a bit of a problem depending upon how skilled one is with a vehicle. Location wise it's easily accessible and that's good.
Mall is okay in terms of location. Only few places like Gym, La Bali and bar + icecream shops are good options. Mainly for business owners and rental shops can be a good options, but when it comes to public crowd and shopping it has no options.
This mall has some good outlets. There is a restaurant on roof top by the name La bali with good ambience and food.
Great commercial complex located at Bavdhan, Pune. The complex has businesses, offices, small warehouses and restaurant(s). No visitors parking space. Clean and peaceful.
