Aditya Residency - Hotel in Pollachi - Coimbatore, India

Actually the room stay experience was very good. But there are two problems. The first irritating factor was a lady support staff there was continuously ringing the bell and disturbing multiple times and later stating sorry that she wrongly rang the bell by mistake. She needs to be warned from disturbing the guests. Secondly, it states it is a family hotel to stay in but when we were staying, the whole night our neighbouring roommates were drinking and smoking and on top were making a lot of noise. It becomes very embarrassing for women and children. This also should be stopped from having in the room. A separate bar can be provided rather than disturbing other guests.

Very clean bathrooms and spacious rooms. Excellent service by the team. Enjoyed our stay. Affordable and good quality, very close to bus stand and railway station.

The room was clean and spacious. Parking available besides the hotel. The bathroom is narrow so little difficult to use. The service is truly pathetic to say the least. Our Check in time was at 12 pm, but we reached Pollachi early so requested them to allow us to keep our luggage in one of the rooms as we had to go outside. They obliged and gave one room in which we kept all our luggage and left. We came back at around 5:30 pm in the evening and when we asked for our room keys, they told it was alloted to someone else so we had to switch to a different room. We had booked 3 rooms. Then after 10-15 minutes they gave us our room keys. Went to the washroom to freshen up but to my surprise, there was no water. Tried to call the reception from the room landline, but it was also not working. Then called the person in the reception and told him that there was no water. He told it will take 15-20 minutes for the water to come. There was no drinking water provided in the rooms. Only empty water jugs were placed in the room. The water cans in the lobby also had no drinking water. No bedsheet was provided. Next day morning, no hot water provided for bathing. After vacating the room, when we told the person that hot water was not working, he told that we should have informed him. He would have made arrangements for the same. He provided hot water for 2-3 rooms after their request. This is absolutely pathetic. Why should we ask for each and every thing? They should provide us these basic facilities at the very least. The prices of the rooms is also high. So they are charging very high rent for dismal service and have a callous attitude towards customers. After this whole frustrating ordeal, when we settled the bill and were coming out, one of the cleaning lady caught us asking for money for cleaning the rooms. This is just a truly sad state of affairs at this hotel. So I kindly suggest you to avoid this place at all cost and search for a better place to stay in Pollachi.

Hotel is neat and clean. Rest rooms are clean. Car parking is available. This place is located at walkable distance from Pollachi bus stand which is added advantage. Excellent hospitality and we had a peaceful stay. Thank you!

Good service. Hotels are very near. Clean and smoke free, pollution free rooms. Parking space is plus to this hotel being near to bus stand.

We checked in at 12 noon and checked out next day.orning 6AM to go to Parambikulam. When we returned in the evening, they allowed is to fresh up before we proceeded to our next destination. Overall friendly atmosphere.

The bathroom and toilets can be much cleaner. TV did not work. AC was set at 26. Could not alter as the remote did not work. Even after repeated requests remote was not changed.
