Treatment was very good. Doctor treating people with good nature. But the staff especially receptionist was having very rude behavior and sending the OPs without an order.
Support staff and nurses are very rude and untrained. They ill-treat people and keep shouting on them . Waiting for pediatrician is too much and staff's bad behaviour makes it much worse. Ramesh garu is very good ENT and we can bear all this outside nonsense for his expertise. But going here for pediatrician is not at all worth .
Good doctor lot of experience but management server was worst . They give OP number but they didn't call and not consider as per rules . Behaviour of staff was too bad. Time taking for a lot for every OP. Not considered common peoples only high class

Doctor madam was very good, and treated children like a mother, but staff behaved with parents like very irresponsible, and mainly ayas behave like a lady villains, they quarreled with parents. Pls madam solve the problem.
