My experience and analysis of this hospital in general and Doctor KAVITA is very positive and satisfactory. This is my third trip to Mumbai for check up from Africa. I have a genetical condition called corneadystrophy. I was referred by an associate to ho to Adityjyot for my condition..Dr.Kavita Rao who is apparently the Head of Cornea issues is whom I hasd to consult. She is unempathetic extremely snappy n overwhelmingly rude. She did 2 laser surgeries called PTK in both my eyesalmost back to back within a span of one month each costed lose to 85k and result is my vision has deteriorated. Earlier for years I had a steady power in my right eye which has gone very high post the surgery n continuesly increasing. When I complained about my discomfort she just dismissed me off. Later when I took a second opinion from Dr. Gokhle he said I shouldnt have done the surgery. Very bad experience. My recommendation would be unless it is simple cataract or power correction no one should go here. Especially to Dr.Kavita Rao. She is not a doctor you can trust. I hope she gets back what she does to people -bad karma. I blame her entirely for ruining my eye sight
A week ago, I planned to have Lasik surgery for myself, so i approached Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital for consultation. I was guided throughout for the surgery by Dr. Kavita Rao.
