Very bad experience. No basic facilities like hand wash, sanitizer etc in any of the room. They even don't have seperate ward for kids (specially for baby's ). They will keep small babys and senior citizens in same room which cause many problems. My 19 Month daughter got cough n cold due to this after recovery. And when I complaint about this they said there is no such policy we have to keep kids (babys) in seperate ward. They just make sure how to make money and how we can take big amount from patient. Poor services they are just running business. 3rd class (worst) services. Nursing staff and doctor was good apart from this everything is disaster.
Very bad service, in any case (like low BP, moderate stomach pain etc) they directly admit the patient in ICU for min 24 hours. And ICU is like general ward there is no entry restrictions for outsiders anybody can enter without permission. Any staff behaviour is worst. Also do not go for covid-19 vaccination, they do not value your time, online apportionment is not subject to matter for them, they will give you there suitable time and there is no proper sitting waiting area for elders after vaccination. They have to wait on hot metal seats.
Very bad experience in Aditya hospital, staff behaviour very rude and they don't know how to behave with patients and if you have mediclam then they charge 3-4 time and deposit amount not return at any cost.
Please don't go there.
Pathetic service and bizzare experience, don't go for this hospital at any cost, no proper hearing from staff, and also they don't even care about their patients moreover if you have mediclaim please stay away from this hospital they will make sure that you stay hospitalised ,they have many hidden charges and reception behavior not good and then they will multiply your bill 4-5 times.They don't return your deposit amount

Worst staff..... People at reception, I don't know for what they have such kind of attitude. If you have mediclaim then they will charge in bills. Medical store of hospital is not even have general medicines and surgical appliances. I don't know why this is even called a medical. Nursing staff is ignorant they have attitude like they are the only nursing staff present in the world. Only considerable thing is ward services..
Worst hospital and hospital services ever i have been experienced. Avoid taking rooms at 5th floor, cockroaches, bedbugs all are there in private category room which i took on 7th nov 2021. Actually problem in inspection authority who are not vigilante and providing hospital license to such ugly management

The night receptionist staff of Aditya Hospital is very bad, charged me 1500 rupees for the room and there were already three patients in that room, what is the difference between general ward and private room, here two patients are admitted instead of one in private room It is being done and private charges are being collected from both. Knight spoke to the receptionist staff and they said that you tell them to come out of the room. Also said that you take another room, its charge will be 2400.
My mother was admitted here in Emergency on Sunday, very well attended and given Priority treatment to the patient. Very helpfull and family kind of support by all doctors and Staff specially Dr.M.K Sharma.
