One of the worst experience that I had gone through in this hospital. My father was admitted initially in ICU, then shifted to cabin. I opted for the deluxe cabin, which was best as per the hospital management, but trust me nowadays the government hospitals are far better than that in terms of facilities and hygiene. More over a very less staff is well experienced, rest newly joined. I had to take self discharge because all of these. Sharing few images of the deluxe cabin, so that everyone can imagine what will be the conditions normal and semi deluxe cabin. Trust me visit some other hospital if you need better treatment.

No facility like how they charge money, No facility for attendant of patient. No charging point for charging mobiles etc. ,Toilets are too dirty, Dustbin not available. 1.Too costly treatments . 2. Nothing provided by the hospital, Even gloves we have to buy morning and evening everyday and 1 glove of box cost 450rs. 3.Pharmacist keep expensive items in coordinate with chemical market and with doctors. 4.Unhygen. 5. A hospital crystal clear for buisness purpose .

Worst hospital in Dibrugarh. Better not to visit here.. All the staff are very slow. Few Doctors and few nurses are good. But overall experience is very bad. For admission and discharge a simple process they took almost 2.5 hours . What the hell is this .. many things should be improved.

Very much disappointed by the quality, maintenance and hygiene of the operation theatre (OT), As of my own experience while undergoing a surgery. The bedsheet of the OT was torn, OT was full of spider webs, and inprope hygiene of the medical Equipments.

Poor service, Need only money at each service, They know how to increase the bill, For surgery patients have to provide tools. Patients have to take risk of his own life.

Services to be improved Canteen service :- On first day I order in canteen for 2 plate paratha and 1 plate roti and It took more than 50mins for the order to be packed. Staff behaviour during discharge, doesn't serve well like the time of admission.

Hospital is good but dirty and lots of scope for improvement. Toilets smells, large building. Different radiological test and pathological test can be done here. Ultrasonography is one the best in Dibrugarh. Ultrasound starts approx 0930hrs. Other services viz. ECG, CT scan Spirometry, endoscopy.

Worst experience even I am doing my own treatment and my father treatment since 2006 i was happy. Even I call many times to the help line number for my wife delivery case they did not response and didn't receive the call I tell them many time that I have to do medi clai for my wife delivery I tell them for cashless because the hospital was tie-up but the staff refuse me . Now I have a problem that my wife was admitted in 12 may and discharge in14may now I required final receipt but they are giving me many excuses. Even I told them that my job location is in arunachal pradesh Ziro which 350 kilometres from my home town that is digboi but they are not helping me even not receiving my call. I already send all the bills in offical WhatsApp number but they are not helping me. Really disgusting even after all payment. The thing was that I only want final receipt for my claim . And my claim is pending for this final receipt only from last two months
