Aditya Hometel - Hotel in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

HI - the location is cool. room is not bad. But if u expect service - be ready to make follow ups.... they will send food to room, but forget spoon. nobody is ready to take any request....they just say call to reception / room service - even if u go and tell at reception - they will forget and u have to ask them again. if u order something in food at their restuarant...their team will come and ask u to change order to buffet (as buffet is costlier)....they will insist actually....u have to be firm and say no, else u will feel obligated to take buffet. ....am sure thay have good SOP but it misses on human touch of talking to people or attending. Hoping that someone responsible at hotel reads the review and takes some effort to improve the situation.

Every thing is good rooms and hotel food were fabulous especially sudharshan Reddy and receptionist are good in explaining...so nice felt happy to stay and complimentary breakfast is amazing dont miss it

I booked suit room but it was very small. I booked the room at the price of 5300. I think I can get better room from Oyo in just rs. 1500. In bathroom shower was not working. Everything for the basic needs you have to ask from service provider. Even towel u have to ask. And towel was very yellow shade instead of white.

Located at Central place, can reach any other place in quick time. Nearer to metro also. Quick check in by 11 am. Decent room. Coffee maker available, AC works better, Safe locker available. Need to ask for dental/ shaving kit. Provide purified water. Lobby enough for 10 people. There are couple of meeting rooms. Lots of eataries outside, good place to do shopping. Makes it a happening place. Restaurant in hotel is equally good...Try South India lunch. Good people to stay with. Wifi is available... finding difficult to log in. Sufficient parking space. As it is surrounded by businesses,not a great view from rooms.

Stayef for 3 days it was really nice service provided. Even front desk person Varsha was really helpful. She helped us in many things.

Very bad experience, I feel you are at par with some local joints/hotels. Bad-smelling rooms, unhygienic Bed sheets, covers and towels. The food quality is very bad. When I try to place an order for Room Dining I am told it is not available that too very basic articles which are easily available at the local food dhabas. The breakfast buffet has very limited options. Whatever is on your Buffet list isn't available to pick as either they ran out of that thing or got it ready for which the waiting period was over 15-20 minutes. Your staff at the Breakfast buffet are unresponsive to the request placed except for one female staff member who was ensuring the tables were cleaned ASAP. The bread toasted (on demand) in your kitchen seems toasted on Tava instead of Bread Toaster. Your overall staff looks very clueless. They aren't aware of the property itself. While checking out I handed over my keys and the lady confirmed with me about room no. though it was stated by me as well mentioned on the key. Still, she put across details of another room that was not mine. Then she asked if anything was consumed from the Minibar (which wasn't in the room), to which I told her this was the worst property of Hometel and her entire staff was clueless about the facilities of the hotel. She smiled at my face and looked at her fellow member. You need some good management who can look at these issues, not the ones who are standing, listening but busy on their mobiles.

Mr. Sandeep was a receptionist and he was very positive to answer our questions. One more receptionist name was Barsha. She did not respond well and her answer was ridiculous. Next time I will not prefer this hotel because of her. i am requesting management to change her. And also Wi-Fi did not work for 3 days. Room service was very poor and did not respond very well

Very pathetic service. i was booked the room 2 days before. when i reached at receptionist saying your room is not yet ready. After waiting more than 50 min i had received room key which was not working, not able to open the door. After wasting the amount of time finally room was open with using the master key. i will never visit again and i have recommended to my friends not visit this hotel. Very bad experience.
