Very good service from the receptionist, to the nurse and the doctor(Dr.Sonia). Dr.Sonia clarified all my doubts and she was very Polite, helpful and caring.
Those two ladies sitting in reception are more suitable for government hospitals. Either they are psycho or mentally not fit. They are communicating in an unfocused or imprecise way and making fun each other. Sympathies on them. Do not prefer to visit again. Good parking area.
Soo worst behavior by staff and doctor. If you know some body there you can see doctor easily and fast. Othervise you have to wait it upto 2 to 3 hours. Worst token system ever. Its a dispensary mode system there. They are working for Priority to relatives, friends of doctor and staff only. Replay to Mr. Doctor's comment: It's only your defence against this review. Almost all other patience in that area know what happened there. Check your CC Tv. It's your organisation. But you and your staffs behaviour is not good. Booking slot may be there it's not after all other check-in patience. Appointment means relatives and friends come in online. All the best. God bless you. I did my eye test for the driving license. Didnt take even 15 seconds for the procedure. I had done another eye test before for the same thing at another renowned hospital, it took a good 5 minutes. I read like 3 numbers and 3 other numbers for color blindness here at Aditya. Aditya eye hospital owes me a proper, actual eye test. Btw the sign on my certificate is of Dr. Sonia P. V. If I am paying I expect a proper eye test and not just for the sake of signing the piece of paper.
