Very spacious houses and a beautiful palacial community with a big playground
Nice community. Small place as it has only 80 apartments. But a lovely ghmc park indoors. All the neighbours are helpful. We have a gym and a clubhouse too.
Nice and calm! It is a small community with 80 flats. Very well ventilated. Well maintained GHMC park inside the complex.
The place is in a prime location and so peaceful. Amenities are good and there is a walking park for both adults and kids.
Worst maintenance ,Der is no proper cleaning omg Aditya group dey got very good name but the maintenance sucks to the core I feel they should have more ppl for cleaning especially gym bathrooms n the gym toom is full of dust n I feel security wise also it's not that safe .
Worst society for non Telugu people, park is open for all and security people do understand no language except Telugu. Can't say about natives of Telugu or Andhraites. Maintenance is too high and AC doesn't work in gym and no fan is available either.
