Claim process was smooth. Gopal was helpful with the claim procedure and processing the documents.
The phone number shared here directs to their Health Insurance team. They will not share a number to the Life Insurance team claiming they do not know the same, even though it is literally on the floor above. And forget getting that through the common call centre, whose staff are even less helpful. I deeply regret believing the ABSLI brand name.
Very worst company I have taken Aditya Birla health insurance(Rs20000)for my mom and I claimed for reimbursement they rejected with unacceptable reasons and they took very long time 3 months and asked lot of documents and straightly rejected the claim. Very veryyyyyyy worst insurance company to take insurance.. please don't go for this cheated company.. please aware.
Such a fraud company. They first will make your family member as their advisor. They they will brainwash you to take a policy through them. Then they will not give you the policy papers. Even the one who join them as a advisor also will never get any response from them. They treat the agents who joined very bad. Agents please don't join them. Never fell for the sweet words they speak. Be careful about them.
