Unprofessional!!. I gave my blood sample for dengue suspect. Sample was given on 27th evening. I was expecting repprts on 28th afternoon. To my surprise reports came around 7:45pm. Looks like samples were submitted in the afternoon instead of a day before in the evening. Phone number given in receipt does not work and even though they are a metropolis collection center they do not deliver reports over email. Never visiting again.

Good service. Economic cost and accurate reports. That's the excellent thing here. Doctors available are good. Also they coordinate with the patients really well. Totally satisfied with the service

Poor service. Inspite of request, reports were not sent on email. Had to personally visit to collect hard copies. Charges seems higher too. Not enough staff to attend patients.
