Highly unprofessional, arrogant and inhuman and oversmart receptionest. Who think herself a doctor, don't have a minimum communication skills required for being a human being.

Went for pre-breakfast sugar test at 8 am on 20 May. Waited till 9.15 am. Nobody showed up. Had to visit another diagnostic centre. Totally disorganised.
Very bad service. Staff not that knowledgeable regarding when test reports will be available. For tests that can be done in 3 or 4 hrs they take 3 days because they don't have the facility to do the test here and have to send the sample elsewhere like Bangalore. Worst is that the staff will not notify you of this delay upfront. On top of that they add the transport charges on the customer. So, inspite of delayed test report, the cost also is much higher compared to other diagnostic centre.
Staff is not knowledgeable compare to other center's no manners to talk with customers and patients.we have to wait in que for hours & hours. People who will come after your appointment will get their work done before us and we have to jus sit in waiting list . No cleanliness govt hospitals are better than this diagnostic center.

The service is very fast, and all staffs are co-operative, very clean environment. Perfect appointment timing for patients. One of the finest place to get diagnosed in Belgavi.
This people never attend or pick the calls worst people
When we visited this center, it was moderately crowded, the centre is clean. Sisters and lab assistants are good but not very knwoledgeable. We need to remind the receptionist to provide the bills. Location of the centre ie easy and accessible.
