Worst Service, irresponsible staffs. You'll have to waste your own time in enquiring about the delivery of the vehicle after servicing. Staffs won't give you any responsible feedback. It is 3 weeks past after giving my Maestro for service, till now I am getting many excuses from them and no updates on the time when they can return my vehicle!!!! Really disappointed!!

Poor customer relationship. Their paid service is costly and not at all satisfactory. Poor quality replacement for brakes. And stock availability of genuine parts are less. I even lost a helmet from here. I lost my helmet from here because securities stolen it. There is no safety even for your bike. They don't provide locker facilities to store customer goods like helmet.

Good service of bike. But poor customer dealings. They make you wait a lot of time for bills and all such processes. Overall poor.

Authorized sales and service centre of hero 2 wheelers.i have purchased hero scooters from there. Good customer services.

First dealer of Hero bikes at Palakkad when Hero Honda bikes were running. The sales and after sales services are said to be less attractive.

This time this is not a direct hero aurhorised service centre this is a local work shop
