Excellent place to stay with family

i liked the concept of No common walls,which i feel is different than other constructions,good space utilization,the ADI'S north lake is a good project,i even spoke to some customers,and i felt they are very happy to purchase flat in the project

Builder Sathi Adi Reddy is good but his site manager Raghu is big cheater. He doesn't have professional efficiency, competency neither expertise.Builder forces owners to clear all dues before occupying the house where as maximum amenities are pending. Only one lift is functional. Other lifts have not even been fixed.no gym or club house

This builder has built Adi Emerald in Hyderabad under Srinilaya project and have have not completed any of their promised amenities like swimming pool, kids play area, yoga, gym etc. They have not provide sewerage treatment plant. Ground water is getting polluted by untreated raw sewage. The project has not got occupancy certificate from GHMC as apparently the project needs 100 parking spaces for which there is no area. The generator is not connected. Only one lift is functional. Other lifts have not been fixed. Basement is not yet readied.The building is not yet painted and the builder has already moved on to another project in Bengaluru i.e. Adi North Lake. Few residents are taking the builder to court. The builder is fooling potential buyers by showing the amenities . The landlord is also steeped in debt and has given his share of flats as payback.

Very nice place to invest your money,because the project directly connects the Manyata Tech Park and other popular landmarks,even the vastuu is pakka,my wife liked the place soo much,the important thing is the project is funded by SBI,So no need to worry about any legal documents

This builder Sathi Adi Reddy and his company all are big cheater. They dont have any professional efficiency, competency neither expertise. This builder is the most pathetic person on earth who does not respect his own word and commitment. One can inquire about his previous ventures all in Hyderabad. All projects were delayed and the last one "Adi emerald" is maximum delayed and yet un-completed. This guy has run away from there and put all money into the new project at bangalore. He is not bothered to complete the project as per the agreement and commitment. He forced owners to clear all dues before occupying the house where as maximum amenities were pending. There have been 3-4 meetings of 5-6 months interval time with builder. He promised every time to complete in 2 months and dont do nothing. All works were done at Adi emerald are of below standards and some of them are giving trouble now onwards. Can you imagine a builder run-away from his site where there is no sewage out go from complex, no municipal water connection, no 2nd lift (doors are kept open which are dangerous for kids), the cellar parking is not completed, no parking allotments and most important is NO OC (Occupancy certificate) from GHMC. This crook had sold all the flats which are mortgaged with GHMC. Just imagine those owners who have bought those mortgaged flats. I would inform to all residents of bangalore and other places not to buy property from this builder and his project (Adi's north yelahanka). You will suffer like us and forget all your peace.
