This review is based on a recent shopping experience. We needed to buy a present, as well as look through some sale items. There is a decent selection of T shirts and other sportswear, and the staff are helpful pointing out any current deals. Only, some deals seem to be fluid, so may be the company could be more clear on their discount policy. The fifth star is for Bhavika, without whose help we couldn't have done it - thank you!
Bought 2 jerseys from the store on 2 separate occasions. The customer service was fantastic. Special thanks to Mr. Azim Shaikh who helped me out even after the closing time of 9.30 pm. Azim also went out of his way to send me an e-receipt when I misplaced the physical copy a few days later.
Too much time taken while billing and staff says its a server issue, system is slow. No choice but to walk out without buying anything. No courtesy to even stop the customer. Least bothered. Horrible experience.

In the adidas store inside palldium mall, after starting my billing process, the staff took a western consumer's product for billing midway and left my billing on hold, without my consent. Extremely disgusted at his rude behaviour, I kept aside my selected product and left the store and the staff did not even apologize. I would never again buy from that store.
