Staff good but unfortunately unaware of changing prices.... after selling product @50% backtracked when billing saying it's now only 40% discount!!!!

reasonable choice, great shoes and other stuff. went there to find a shoe for back, joint and ankle pain. got the correct choice.

The behaviour of the staffs in this outlet is very good and the help you to choose as per your requirement. Stock is limited but one can get fair bit of discount on purchase.

The best shoe and sports gear shop in Thakurpukur area happens to be in Silpara right on the main road and it is an extremely affordable outlet of the international brand Adidas. The reason for the five stars is not just because of the range of shoes and the great discounts,but the friendly,polite, helpful behaviour of all the staff present. They possess in- depth knowledge about pronation-based footwear and caters to individual needs and specifications of the customer. The staff is capable of handling special children and understands their need to try on and choose . They help them in every possible way and are not discouraging at all. They are helpful to senior citizens as well. The store was great before lockdown and the same spirit of customer service is still their motto ,as i found out from my recent visit.

Very limited collection, prices way too high, i don't think so they sell even a single product in a day cos shoes price is starting from 8000 which a middle class people can't afford

As it is a factory outlet you cannot expect exact the same product which you are looking for. But the quality of the products are good and you can get good deals on more or less every item. I came across a staff who was very tolerant and addressed all my queries. So overall I had a good experience visiting there.
