I tried the spa for the first time and overall experience is really great. The way they explained different types of spa's for the backache and choosing one of all was nice. Location: This spa is inside the facility of a hotel which makes it different then any other spa's in a mall or busy road. It is opposite to SAP campus -Whitefield. Ambience: Entry to the spa is via a garden and swimming pool. As well, the internal ambience is also nice. Overall: great experience and one should go for it.

This was my first time visit at the Scent Spa Whitefield. I was suggested a relaxing full body massage by a friend. The staff is very courteous and the manager very friendly. The spa is very welcoming and gave a extremely positive vibe which is the key in any spa. They were kind to ask the requirement and accordingly suggest the best spa treatment. The staff is well trained and knows what they are doing. They give vital importance to the pressure points and understand what exactly we need. Will definitely visit again and will recommend Scent Spa to everyone. Thank you Scent for such a wonderful experience.

Feedback's are not taken, arrogant staff. Owner is good but he is helpless and unable to convince therapists to get the best out of them.

Rejuvenating and calming!! Therapist Suzza was excellent and Joel as host was courteous and kind. Highly recommend the spa for the variety of spa services provided. Location is great and car parking available.

Absolutely amazing experience. The courteousness and professionalism of the staff was simply wonderful. They also took me through the spa treatments in great detail.They know exactly what therapy you have opted and what is required. My therapist was a thorough professional and very well handled the pressure to my body accordingly. Products that they used had a nice aroma and the rooms were soothing and relaxing with very comfortable beds and a great hygiene . Overall service is top notch. Highly Recommend.

Very good Spa, this is within the premises of Fortune Hotel & the ambience and the look and feel of this place is much better than going to a spa in a Mall or any other standalone place. The Massage Therapists are very well trained, They know how to give a relaxing massage. The ambience of the spa was great too. They have shower rooms attached to every spa room, thats very good & they offered Green Tea after the spa. Pricing is also very modest for the Spa and i highly recommend this place

What a wonderful experience with scent. Receptionist was very helpful he asked my requirement and suggested me Deeptissue as I had back pain . My therapist did foot wash which was very relaxing and I was taken to therapy. Room was quite and clean, My therapist had great pressure, remove knots from my back . After an hour of great massage hot shower as lifesaving experience. spa green tea was provided which was very relaxing. Overall a great experience
