Adi Clinics(clear skin clinic) - Medical clinic in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

The doctor is very good...but the staff is exactly the opposite. They don't listen and never give correct information. If you've direct access to the doctor then only visit, else it's like going to a government office...you keep waiting and waiting and waiting. They have some attitude and are arrogant as if they are the world's best surgeons.

Being in healthcare myself, I find this doctor extremely unprofessional as she is not available even after giving appointments. In addition, despite giving appointments she never attends patients on time. Disappointing staff and professional attitude, especially when the dermatology clinic does not attend emergency/casualty. Moreover, even if you go the next day to show your reports she charges 1000 rupee consultation fee again to review the tests she wrote herself 24 hours back. The quality has definitely faded over the decade.

Very unprofessional staff, rude behaviour and worst communication. Never recommend. They don't even listen to the patient completely and instead cut the call abruptly. Not at all worthy for 1000rs consultation fees. Not at all approachable.

After vistung qnd treatemnet and buying medicina they wont even provide cover fpr the medicines we have to hold all the medicins in hand and walk to home ridiculous hope doctor and the owner see this review i was q customer it is not satisfactory

I have been connected with this Dr. since 2006, such an amazing one she indeed is that i have recommended so many and all happy reviews. She takes time to explain in detail of the issue and gives medication, which is missing these days by many doc. She indeed is helping everyone that they don't have to visit again and again by the minute details and the care to be taken off. Yes waiting time is more buy it depends on the patient's issue and the time they take in explaining n treatment.. one should understand that the treatment varies from person to person and so the time. Simple rule that call up in the morning after 8:30 am and get an appointment. One has to understand that even Dr have their families and they hardly get personal time. They have to be strict in time if they have to spend time for family. Thanks a lot Dr. for being so good in ur profession. I will keep on recommending her for the good she does.

Never recommend anyone for a dermatologist, they are just for sell their unsold medications in market. I have visited this clinic for my baby's itching issue, but it is not resolved, even it becomes worst after using their recommended soap and cream. Other supporting staff behaves like Junior Doctors, I am doubtful about their qualifications. They are not worth it for 700rs consultation fee, they were all just performing to showcase their well-maintained clinic. I am writing this for new visitors, be careful. I have visited this clinic on reference of another pedestrian with a blind eye

The WORST STAFF EVER! I don't understand how Dr.Sunita is accepting this kind of behaviour... They're effecting your work as well, Dr. I've visited you when I was a kid and recently my parents visited you for some issue and were treated terribly... They made them sit for abt 2 hrs asking them to WAIT WAIT N WAIT...On top of it after confrontation, they asked them to wait for another 2 hrs... How careless this is? Unprofessional and negligent staff!

I haven't found anyone as good as her. She's very patient with her patients, never in a hurry and takes care to explain why my skin is facing such problem. My first consultation was in 2008 after that i have never visited any other dermatologist. I have always recommended her to my friends.
