Pathetic service as the receptionist Krishna spoke in very indecent language to lady customer.The owner of the hotel does not respond to calls.They do not provide drinking water in the room.Have misbehaved with the guests .Not at all a good hotel in such a centre of the city.

Highly not recommended even for solo travellers, Families it would be night mare staying in such place, myself budget traveller still felt it's not worth for a. c room, for non a. c room, which I felt shouldn't cost more than half of this amount. pretty shocked to see 3.5 rating and so many positive reviews, pretty sure these would be paid reviews, Rooms are so small that even solo traveller wouldn't fit in it. washroom is so small that I hadn't seen such small one in my life,ac remote was not even working when informed the same nothing has been done from hotel end, no towels, soaps nor even drinking water.The only positive is the location that too only for u. s consulate visa interviews folks, but still you would find much better ones in surrounding areas. nothing to like about this place
Staff was good.
I had booked an AC room but had to adjust with a Non-AC room for first 2 hours.
AC in the room wasn't really properly maintained, so the cooling effect was low.
All in all, a normal descent stay!
They charged 1000 for a day and room was too small, there were a plenty of mosquitoes, that too giant ones, it's too painful when they bite, tv also wasn't working, Washroom was not neat enough. Finally, it was not worth. My suggestion is to select a better hotel, even though the amt is little high, than getting into wrong hotel and feeling guilty about it.
Pretty Average and decent rooms for someone who wants to stay here for 2, 3 days.

Good management. They speak English (good to have; when you dont know Tamil in Chennai). Hotel is very near to Embassy and 10-15 min walk to US Biometrics center. AC Rooms are good. They gave me bigger room with AC because TV was not working in my previous room. Hotel is Good for staying for 1-2 days for business (VISA interviews); Opt for the bigger 2-3 people AC rooms - it is clean and good.
