Coming to this hsptl from 3 generations, dctr is too good, poor token system, dctr consultation waiting time is high, if emergency it's too annoying to wait for hours together! For 50/100rs thy manipulate the token system and send the person into the consultation room! I wish atleast doctor sees patient quickly and sends patient out to reduce the waiting period!
Adarsh doctor is excellent. But I am giving this one star for a staff (women who sits in reception) is worst in responding to people. When i go to hospital, doctor was on leave, i asked the front office lady to give any alternative ph no of hospital, as the existing numbers are not working, she was busy chatting with her colleague and she is getting irritated to answer my query instead of giving me the solution. Two times we returned back to home, as the doctor was on leave, Actually I have to put leave to go to hospital, Thought to call hospital to know the availability of doctor before going. But ph no is not working. Just because of this kind of staff, we really disappoint. Also the hospital reputation will come down. And this women should understand that she is surviving because of the patients.
All these positive comments r by hospital staffs. My father went to this Hosp two times. He can't even able to stand. Completely tired. Without testing sugar level they gave tablets for low bp an told to take more fruits an non vegs. Bp was normal only. After taking all those items my father couldn't get up from bed. We took him to harish doctor.. They checked the sugar level. It crossed 500 above. Doctor scolded y dint they take sugar test. Its started before 6months. How can they suggest these foods. Nothing to say. Adharsha hosp only money. No care at al.
