The hotel is very sweet and simple and yet well maintained. The service and staff are good. The location is in the city itself but in the middle of a market so expect some traffic in the evening. The rooms were very clean and worth the price. The stay was very comfortable and nice.
Un hygene. Not preferable for Family staying . The room is filled with cigar ashes and smoke. After 2 days staying... The bed, room every where cigar smell only. The surroundings are also not good. Bed sheets r not clean. We made a mistake by choosing this hotel.
Not good for families and for vegetarians , even the surroundings you will not find any vegetarian foods . Poor service and staff , would not recommend to any one. not good rooms ,untidy , water damped walls and there is bad smell in rooms , booked two rooms but have the same issues . NEVER BOOK THIS , makes bad experience during vacation.

Rooms were clearly not cleaned. Stains and pecks of dirt on the bed showed signs of neglect to sanitation. The floor looked like it was never mopped since the last occupant. Not worthy for the price. P.S, This is not a communication problem.
I stayed in this place on 7th Apr 2023, worst experience. Untidy room, stinky toilet, A/c was not working, locality is not good at all. Don't believe(4.1 / 5) if you observe only the reviewers with Muslim name have given 5/5 to increase rating. Not recommended for family to stay here. Its not a hotel it's a Lodge.
" Ad Sak royal recidency cancelled my PREPAID room, without notifying about it" Worst stay I have ever seen in my life. They cancelled my PAID booking which I made online prior 1 month and never informed me about it. When I reached hotel in the night they informed the room I booked had no power but also mentioned they don't have booking details. Even though I had complete booking paid receipt on phone. Stay incharge said to contact some other person who never picked the call. I realised they were just playing around. From other hotel I gotta know they sell rooms with higher price and cancel "PRE PAID". Forget about money, they never tried to sort the issue. I can guess how worst is their hospitality. My family with my one year old kid were waiting on streets in night, they never cared and told us move away from hotel entrence. Stay away from this stay!! Do not fall for the big chandelier at hotel, there is no parking space even for 3 cars
Worst hotel I could find. The hotel room was not at all like it was shown to us in the video. They charged us 5.5k for a room that didn't even deserve 3k. One wall was entirely water damaged. When confronted the owner about the same, he behaved very rudely and gave no solution to us. They made sure we paid the entire amount before even actually seeing the room. Worst experience, never go here.
