I have been working out in this gym from 5 years. There is peace of mind here.The Owner/Trainer Sagar is very polite.He speaks nicely and trains everyone well. Also with newly added useful equipments,this is a very good place to your fitness journey.
The Gym is well equipped and has the best trainer. This gym was recommended by my friend Prakash who was underweight and he gained 15 Kg in almost a year. Also I have seen a member who was trained by Sagar lost 20Kg and is maintaining same fitness since couple of years. Sagar always gives us good tips and diet plans and also variation in work outs. I have been working out since 7 years and this is the best Gym and trainer i have experienced.
Sagar GYM has all the Equipment's needed for full body workout.
And they recently bought a Punching Bag, Tires and Ropes for Cross-fit Training.
This is the Perfect GYM to start your Bodybuilding Career.The GYM instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around(Especially Sagar, he is the Best trainer I've never seen).

The gym is placed in a very good locality, it is well equipped for strength training and have an excellent trainer, can train you based on your diet and availability. The trainer is damn good at personal training, if the trainee is dedicated.
Overall, it is a better place to build your body.
