When it reached there it started off with 5. Then when I started dining it went to 4, food was good in taste. Then when I orderded other things they took a long to get it so it slipped to 3. Then when order arrived it was wrong so it got worse and came to 2 and the last and the least when we got the bill even that was wrong, which has to be corrected which again took almost 15-20 min so I have to give it 1. Food was good no doubt but the service was not.
My recent visit to Solaris restaurant left me utterly appalled by the shocking rudeness and disrespect displayed by the restaurant manager. We had a confirmed booking through Zomato, and instead of a warm welcome, we were met with a complete lack of professionalism. The restaurant manager not only failed to honor our reservation but also had the audacity to blame Zomato for their mistake. Their response was not just dismissive; it was downright disrespectful. It's as if they had no regard for customers or the commitments made through the platform. Furthermore, the manager's behavior gave every indication of being under the influence of alcohol, which is not only unbecoming but inexcusable for someone in a hospitality role. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect left a lasting stain on our dining experience. In a city with numerous dining options, Solaris has managed to stand out for all the wrong reasons. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment, where the staff's shocking lack of courtesy and professionalism overshadows any culinary offerings they may have. Such behavior should not be tolerated, and I sincerely hope the restaurant takes immediate steps to rectify this appalling situation.
Brilliant place, beyond all expectations. Great cocktail, non veg platter. The best thing about it was the staff! Courteous and attentive the entire time we were there.

Just ordered the Fatoush Salad with chicken. Menu says it comes with "olives, lemon juice, olive oil and Toasted Arabic bread ". Took 40 minutes. The salt level was inedible. No olives. No lemon juice. No olive oil. No toasted Arabic bread.
The restaurant has good ambiance with cosy wives.
Food was late, not tasty too. Service was bad. Overpriced.
, if you can't run a hotel and care least about customer experience and service, please close the property, customers dont deserve it or atleast change your staff, they are absolutely hopeless
