My experience is so bad. There is no cleaniliness in hospital. They do not refer the patient even if condition of patient is not improving. They are just trying to charge as much money as they can. Also ICU facility is very pathetic, attendants are not even taking care of patient. We had to do each and everything by our own in ICU as well.
My mother got treated under Dr. Anurag Singh's supervision for bowel perforation. Whole journey of surgery and post-op procedures, was well structured.On 7th day of sugery,she was back to normal routine. Dr Anurag is very SUPPORTIVE, soft spoken as explained us in detailed manner regarding the perforation and constantly provide motivation to my mother as well as to us. My special thanks to ICU team,nursing,all staff and specially to the doctor.
Doctors are good but atendants will never focus on patient neither in ICU u have to do everything by urself...Very bad service in ICU Hospital only focus on taking atleast 50k money from u at any Cost... So please think before coming here Because doctor only come for 5 mins every other thing has to be done by attendants only...Very bad response and service from them In whole ICU there will be 8 9 patient and only one attendant very bad I am giving my personal opinion as my Dadi was admit here for 6 7 days.
Doctor Anurag is very good doctor, he will take care as a family member. Dr anurag has did Hernia surgery to my mom and she recovered soon.

Any doctor here came to visit for 30sec charge alot and do nothing Junior staff are good but Senior staff and doctor are worse than worst . Even the owner doctor talk like rowdy for discharge

The doctors are professional but the nurses and other staffs are lazy and careless. They are sitting and talking but not caring to give medicine to patients and arrange other things. Atleast this much training should be given to staffs. That even after telling or requesting 4 5 times they should go and give medicines instead of sitting and talking.
