Adarsh Hamilton - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

I had a very pleasant stay Adarsh for 5 days Felt very safe as a senior person traveling alone. Staff were excellent, food fabulous and a great ambiance. I have to especially thank the staff at reception , who were absolutely marvellous. I travelled from the UK and had no luggage fro 4 days The whole team got involved in chasing it. When it finally arrived they were as thrilled I was! I also left my wallet at the reception when I checked out . They had safely kept it for me tabulating all the contents, signed by two members of the staff.They called me to let me know it was safe with them. It was handed to me when I returned a week later all intact. Im not sure if this would happen in many places in he west. I wholeheartedly recommend Adarsh Hamilton to stay,.Its central location to get to both sides of the city is a particular advantage.

I put up for one night, but loved every minute of my stay. The rooms are spacious, loaded with amenities, and the bed is comfortable. The mini bar is well stocked (although I didn't have anything from it). The restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast has a decent spread. The staff is very cordial and very efficient. Would love to stay here again!

Starting off with the positives. 1. Great location 2. Nice rooms 3. Food was nice too 4. Service of staff was overall good Cons: 1. Poor management of request for early morning breakfast despite multiple reminders the day before. Staff took note of next day morning departure time etc but yet packed breakfast (sandwich, cut fruit etc) was not ready the next morning when checking out.Together with driver, we had to wait for a long time for kitchen to prep breakfast. It was very stressful as we had to catch a flight. 2. When checking out, remainder cash was also not given back, had to specifically asked for it. Staff had to make multiple calls and yet no confirmation was given. Had to demand for it in the end making it a bitter experience for everyone. Management should work on the above cons to ensure customers have a seamless checkout and experience.

Beware, this hotel will hit you with service charges & arbitrary commissions when checking out. In addition at the breakfast room, they hosted a convention which included stand up meetings for about 50 delegates all talking & shouting above their voices with total disregard for hotel guests

Hi. I was on business trip on 31st August. I couldn't get time to write review.. Food and stay was very nice. Staff is also very courteous... Also I need to mention one more incident. I by mistake had forgotten some money in locker. Mr Santanu Mistry had called me and returned via gpay.. This shows genuineness of the team.... I have fixed my 1st preference for Adarsh Hamilton for all my future visits... Thanks for the hospitality....

Adarsh Hamilton is a Incredible place to stay, Cleanliness upto the mark. The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant yet cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. The interior design was tastefully done, and the lighting added a touch of sophistication. Now, let's talk about the food. The menu offered a diverse range of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I opted for the chef's recommended dish, and it exceeded all my expectations. Each bite was bursting with flavors, and the presentation was exquisite. The attention to detail in every dish was truly commendable. The service was exceptional throughout the evening. The waitstaff was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations. They ensured that my dining experience was flawless, catering to my needs without being intrusive.

Pathetic in all the forms. My ex collegue has come and I went ahead to meet him but I was t allowed inside the room for having my dinner together .... It's Bangalore and this hotel seems to be in a prominent area !! My goodness it's sheer brash policies guys . Don't go

We ordered Biryani, Fried rice, Tandoori, Naan, Egg gravi. All tastes good. This restaurant has two floors including AC and non AC rooms. Reasonable price Restrooms available and maintained cleanly No big parking. You have to park in the streets They took more time to serve our orders. So need improvement in customer service.
