Nice property, budget friendly but before investing in Bangalore, make sure if that property has the ample amount of water supply. This property is located near Jakkur lake so there will be no other source except ground water which will be decreased rapidly as the residents increase. The whole Bangalore survives either tankers or cauvery water. So if the cauvery water is not in the society then tanker will be the only option left that means they can charge as much as they want. Apart from the water supply, this property is great to invest.
The project belongs to Builder Adhars who are one of the best builders in Karnataka as per my knowledge, When I went there as one of my friend suggested , they provided good hanfull of information, where I can choose what is best for me. This is one of the best as per the market. But only problem is the work is Little bit slow.
Good Property and Builder, Me and my friend booked flat here. The builder (Adarsh) has included all possible small things as part of Sale agreement. Chandan from sales and marketing was really helpful. CRM team shares monthly progress updates. So far the experience has been nice and our property appreciation has grown and its near the main highway (Approx 2KM).
I have booked a flat in this project in November 2020, I have been thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience so far. I must mention the prompt and efficient customer service provided by the Adarsh Greens team. From the initial booking process to ongoing communication, they have been professional, courteous, and always willing to address any queries or concerns.
Have booked a property.. Pros you might be knowing.. Distance from outer ring road is 3.8km via back Road.. Will be very congested once all the flats are occupied.. The proposed 80ft Road will shorten this 1.5km but there is a marriage hall in between so not sure if it would be possible Update 1 Cost estimates provided has gst on a side table later realized it's not inclusive and has to be added to total cost.. Update 2- For jodi flats one parking is open and one is closed. There is no option to exchange it with covered parking by paying extra or return the open parking if you do not want. Slightly disappointed there Will keep posting with further updates
Concerned about the CDP road, being cat-1 builder (as your sale executive keeps stressing over it) you said the new CDP road will be ready before ph1 completion. But there is no sign of progress or updates yet. Please understand the investors feelings and act on this
I booked an apartment in Adarsh Greens one month back. Initially I was concern about the delay of other projects. But here construction seems to be going good. I visited last week and the phase 1 towers has already been constructed and phase 2 is coming up as well. With a smaller dimension, layout they are providing is very as compare to other projects.
I bought 2 adjacent flats (Jodi) with Adarsh Greens in July 2021 in phase 1 - Magnolia tower. It's been 2+ years since then. After a slow start, Adarsh have picked up nicely and working on full swing now. Sales team as well as CRM team has always been very responsive and helpful. CRM keeps sharing the progress report every month. Don't find any reason to complain. The houses are really spacious with great practicality and value for money specially when you join 2 units. I am looking forward to shift as soon Adarsh delivers the phase 1. I see lot of comments that Adarsh has not delivered any project since couple of years. I really don't want to believe on any such negative comments and I am sure that this project would get delivered before time as per the current progress. The only downside or the part I am waiting for Adarsh to take action is the proposed CDP road through Prakruti Nagar. It's been 3 years now since project was launched, so I urge Adarsh Team to initiate taking action and start reaching out / working with government authorities. This road can make the project best in its locality. I shall update this review whenever I get to know any major updates. Thank you Adarsh Team, looking forward to hear more on proposed CDP road.
