Service is very poor. Slow process. Employee are taking so much time to generate there work I'd. No online payment service available. They deal in Cash but they don't have change. Fir unke sath thele walo ko pass ghumo aur change lo.Very poor. Best thing is Guard is very polite and helpful.

Good and fast service I had a technical issue of receiving call from specific operator. I visit to Jio office, Bharat Milap chowk and contact with Mr. Ravi. First he understood my issue with patience and he started working on same day on my issue. He also assist me personally and provide updates on regular basis.He resolved my issue on priority notes and I am happy that you guys has such energetic, technically sound employee such Like mr. Ravi.

Service center for Jio products of all varieties. I visited for issue with my dongle received from office for work at home. They accepted the product for repair even whe invoice was in my company name. Thanks to the team.

Bad experience at this store . they always treat customers like aggressive and abusive language.
