We had an amazing stay here. The staff is humble and the food is good. We had a full meal plan included in our stay. Rooms are spacious and the property is clean and huge. Would definitely recommend this place for a good stay.
The stay for us was so classic. We have booked a deluxe room with breakfast. The breakfast was quite good. Also they have packages that includes lunch and dinner (buffet) .. The food was quite good with lot of options.

We have taken 2 days package including rooms and foods. It was awesome stay as it was weekday and only few families where staying. It was very peaceful and very close to nature visit. Will recommend this resort because of food quality, very generous staff, highly attentive service and great rooms. Thank you shinde bhai and your team for such great service.
The property is very good, staff is very cooperative and ensure our stay was pleasant. Dinner spread was limited and ok. Room Complimentary items should have been in place rather than having to ask for it. Wifi would have been useful as there is no network.
Kids loved the place and the pool.

However, all the hotel rooms are non smoking even though the property says smoking rooms online... Be aware... I booked it online for a smoking room but the hotel has no smoking room... Booked Twin beds but a single king bed... Confirm these things with the hotel before reservation.
Rooms were neat and clean with not much amenities in even deluxe room. No kettle/tea bags provided for the amount they charged. Basic staff (house keeping and restaurant service) was good and fast, but the staff in reception were not at all helpful and they seemed money minded. Like we have given clothes for laundry and the amount they charged were high when compared to what they said before giving it to them. When asked for laundry charge sheet, they said it is in system and will give after few mins. But been asked for more than 5 mins, we did not get to see the charges. Also they are charging per kid 1500 for even less than 5 years of age. As we have booked through MMT, the reception person was not happy and said i would have given you with better deal compared with MMT. For this reason through out our stay he was being arrogant whenever we approached him.
Also in weekend, they have kept events like disco and magic show. But for weekdays, they don't have any events. It means those who stay during weekdays have nothing to do apart from relaxing in the property.
Overall the attitude of receptionist was very bad and unhappy with us during our stay.
We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The location is quite average, yet the view is astonishing. The rooms are spacious and private. The service is awesome and the food and buffet is delicious. A bit expensive and overpriced but the campus is large and scenic.
