We went for a late lunch as a big group of 12 including kids and had a great time. First of all the ambience and interior design is very good and takes you to a time in Keralas past. We tried many dishes like pothi chore, biriyani, pathiri, Paal kappa, fried rice and a special item called pothinte Kalu which was very tasty. Overall the food is very tasty and the service is good. The kids enjoyed the place and had a good time playing at the front of the store with photo ops like old autos and jeeps.

This place is great for Arabic food! The atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really good. Food is pretty good, some Arabic food classics and some twists, and for their prices it's 100% worth it.

A unique restaurant which tries to bring in a 'Kozhikode' touch to everything they have, from the fancy names of food items to the nice retro looking showpieces kept all around the restaurant. The place can accomodate lots of people, however the parking was limited. The service is good and the food items are tasty. Prices are decent. Good place to visit in both large and small groups.

A restaurant which brings a malabar touch in food as well as in the whole decorations in the restraunt. The ambience here is very good. One of the best restraunts in kottayam. I had a biriyani from here. All the biriyani items tasts good. All the staffs are well behaved. The quality of food is good but the price is a bit hight. Make this a good google review I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, it's a delightful place that beautifully captures the essence of Malabar in both its cuisine and decor. The ambiance is truly outstanding, making it one of the finest dining spots in Kottayam. I had the pleasure of savoring their biriyani, and it was a real treat. The biriyani menu offers a variety of delicious options, all of which tasted fantastic. The staff here are not only attentive but also well-mannered, adding to the overall positive experience. The food quality is top-notch, although it's worth noting that the prices are on the higher side. Nevertheless, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Average food(maybe I expected too much), ambience was so good you will like it they desgined very well. You can see all the old stuff which we used at 80's and 90's kids.. Decent parking space and thier services also very good.

Came here for lunch at about 1pm and to my disappointment I was told that the rice meals were finished. Only other option was biriyani or other bread items and curry. I ordered the mutton biriyani and it was very good. While half way into my meal a group of people sat next to my table and ordered chatti choor 10mins later they received it. That seemed kind of odd to me that the waiter told me that the rice meals was finished. I was curious how the group who came after me got it. Which makes me wonder if they were just trying to sell their biriyani. The table I was sitting at was a prop push cart which had bicycle tires for table legs. It's nice for the ambiance but very uncomfortable to sit. I was not able to properly put my legs under the table which caused me to lean forward and eat. This was a very uncomfortable position. I am giving this restaurant a 3 star only because the mutton biriyani was good.

A unique restaurant with excellent ambiance.We reached there by 1 pm, and we planned to order something special because they have a huge menu, unfortunately none of the items are available as per the menu except chattichoru and biriyani. Therefore we ordered pothi briyani, but taste-wise, it was not good ; it was very juicy and overcooked. and the chicken we got from the biriyani one piece was fried and another was juicy. Totaly the food was not up to their standards.

Food was decent. Customer service is good. Interiors and the kozhikodan vibe in this restaurant is unbeatable. Might go back for the experience. The starters that we had were amazing (dragon chicken and gobi chilli).
