Substandard service. Unhygienic washrooms. Poor ventilation in rooms. Ac doesnt work properly and there's some configuration that causes the ac to turn off on their own. And not to forget the staff is misleading, they tell you one rate on telephone and charge higher.
Worst hotel I have ever been. Cozy room with smell. Dirty bedsheets. It get changed only if you call Reception. The new bedsheet will have freshner applied on it which is very Strong. TV has no service so it's useless. Fan is better than AC. Washrooms are unhygenic.

This place is better for celebration of birthday with friends but not with large number of people. Due to all direction pack room, the smoke of electric hookka smells worst there. Leaving these snaks was good and it offers better catering services as well.

Been here yesterday, while on my west-east trip from kutch in Gujarat to Patna in Bihar, staffs were well mannered and food as well as stay was an awesome experience.
