The trainer mr akash singh has a very good experience about workout,body building and diet ,and he is also aa wonderfull man with no egotism.

In Bettiah town,you cannt have such an awesome experience except this place.i had been in Chandigarh delhi nd banglore ..but the owner who is trainer as well ... trained in that manner u can build urself easily in very much less tym.........really appreciated
