This is undoubtedly a good gym with great service. I have been coming here from quite some time and the results are amazing. I started here with cardio sessions and then moved to improve my strength. Trainer (Aalam Bhai) knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts and supports throughout the session. You would get good vibes here with comfortable environment. In my experience, it's good for both cardio and strength too

Gym is tremendous and trainer is decent and they have awesome equipment and skills to train you. As such I lost 10kg in 2.5 months with the help of my trainer. You should come here to transform your life but should have plenty of patients.
