Hospital faculty good but staffs is very bad character rudely handle patients mostly female nurse include pharmacy department except doctors and all medical staffs not well professional knowledge just beginners pharmacy side not have mostly medicine Nurses not care a patient mostly used mobiles in duty hours My experience in ACS Hospital is worst staff's I gave one star in hospital faculty only And one point "please teach our staffs humbly handle patients"
Great facilities and need improve your outside road exact locations for near ponnamalle bridge entrance also well,, other guys direct to koyambedu bus stand around 8 kilometres.. Perlal side for chennai outer ring road,, we give 4 star ratings because some share that those experience.. Doctors also very well.. Not money minded

Visited on 23.08.2021 There was a lady at the entrance who is supposed to handle & direct all patients to registration. She was very rude & authoritative. When you're already sick and suffering in pain she is inflicting even more pain. The single employee ruined the whole atmosphere just at the entrance. Will never visit again , government hospitals are far better in treating human beings with dignity.

Very wrost experience... especially female medical staff are not having basic stuff regarding medication ...without glove they are doing all procedures...during mrg shift all are using phones.....all staffs are showing some bad facial expressions... There I satisfied only canteen maintenance was good that's why I gave one star....
