It's okay for a small town like Kovvur, they have to improve a lot like hot water and cupboards and room service. And they should have connection with the caterer for serving meals.And they should provide wifi connection.
These guys don't have a proper courtesy to respect their customers. They will behave rudely if you ask for any help. I accidentally locked the room with the key left inside. They had already lost the spare key and asked me to pay the full amount for the door and lock if they had to open the door forcefully. luckily the spare key was found and i didn't have to pay. I had to stand out in the scorching summer heat for around three hours and they fought me with all the disrespect anyone could give. I recommend you stay somewhere in rajahmundry and travel to kovvur for any work instead of staying at this place.
